Spooky season at WFFT was full of pumpkins, playtime, and plenty of Halloween enrichment for our rescued animals!
Volunteers Helping Create WFFT’s Newest Turtle Area
Following the WFFT biggest ever rescue operation (see the full story here: https://www.wfft.org/wildlife-general/breaking-news-105-animals-saved-part-1/ & https://www.wfft.org/wildlife-general/breaking-news-105-animals-saved-part-2/ ), more than 60 turtles needed a new temporary home at WFFT so they could be brought back to full health before returning back back to the wild. This new home provides them with a safe clean place for them to recover from their terrible ordeal. Take a look at the WFFT Volunteers and Staff making some final touches to the new enclosures.
