WFFT is providing a safe haven and second chance in life to the tigers of Phuket Zoo. Archive footage (video below) shows the tigers pacing frantically in circles while kept on very short chains, so that tourists could pose with them for photos. When not being forced to interact with tourists, the tigers were held in barren concrete cages.
Please join our Tiger Care Team today, and help these majestic animals get the essential care they need after so many years at Phuket Zoo.
At WFFT, they have pools to swim, grasslands to hide in and expansive habitats to rediscover their natural behaviours.
Sadly, these tigers can never live in the wild. The best life they can wish for is in a sanctuary like WFFT. But with many hungry tigers to feed, provide veterinary care to, create enrichment for and continue to improve their habitats, they need animal lovers like you to help them. Will you please join our tiger care team today?
Rescued tigers like Susu depend on kind people like you. Please give for them now.

Your kindness today can help rescued tigers like Susu to get the second chance they deserve.
Anything raised in excess of the funds required for this campaign will be used to support WFFT’s work to help wildlife in south-east Asia. The Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand (WFFT) is a registered foundation under Thai law, Foundation No: T271/2545
