Two Rather Small Animals Arrive at WFFT
Yesterday two rather small animals arrived at the WFFT Wildlife Hospital for emergency treatment. A male common tree shrew (Tupaia glis), was brought from Bangkok by some concerned residents after it was found unable to move in a garden, and a male green bee-eater (Merops orientalis) was found in Cha-am again in someone’s garden, this little guy has a broken wing. Both of the animals are currently in the wildlife hospital under treatment. We will keep you posted on their progress.
