New Arrival: macaque missing most of his tail

NEW arrival at WFFT – a long-tailed macaque missing most of his tail. ภาษาไทยด้านล่าง

We named this boy, Kajiw, and he was found seething in pain on a grass bank by the side of the road. He was hit by a car and has a broken leg, as well as an irreparable tail injury.

We are hopeful he will pull through, and we can return him to the wild when his injuries have healed. When terrible things happen to wild animals, we are there for them and do everything we can to get them back to where they belong.
