After three weeks of dedicated care at the WFFT wildlife hospital, Wang, a wild long-tailed macaque from a local temple, successfully recuperated and was released back to his habitat.
Two rescued animals Return to the Wild
Two very different animals have been given a second chance at a life in the wild. We have just released a Bengal slow loris and an Asian koel back to the wild after they were rescued. Both animals have spent some time recovering at the WFFT Wildlife Rescue Centre and were ready to head home. They were released in to a protected area not to far from WFFT.
