A reticulated python returns to the forest.

A few days ago a large reticulated python (Python reticulatus) was found in the Gibbon Rehabilitation Forest at the WFFT Wildlife Rescue Centre. For his own safety and for the safety of the animals in our care we made the decision to re-locate this beautiful snake to a more suitable habitat. After a health check, he was taken to a protected forest area not to far from WFFT and released into the wild.
